Led by individual district champs: Laura Nientimp (100 and 200), Franki DiSalvo (Pole Vault), and Leah Presnar (Long Jump), the team won the Region and Districts. All three relay teams advanced to states. The 4 x 100 team finished 12th, and the 4 x 800 team placed 14th. Franki led the team at states with a 4th place finish. Joe Sanford resigned after the first meet because of issues that were not being resolved with a track runway. Becky Glus and Bill Hoffman took over as co-interim head coaches.

The team was led by sophomore, Anna Chodubski, who won two individual events at districts (long jump and triple jump), and was on a winning relay team (4 x 100). She went on to place 3rd at the state meet in the long jump. Also leading the team was Franki DiSalvo, who won the pole vault at districts and placed 7th at states in that event. Emily Dahlstrand finished off a brillant career in distance as she dominated the 800 meter run at districts. The team won the Region 5 title, but lost by a half a point at districts to a much improved Grove City team.

The team was led once again by Anna Chodubski, who placed 7th in the indoor triple jump, 3rd in the outdoor long jump, and 5th in the outdoor triple jump. She was also the long jump district champ. Freshman Kelsey Swantek became the school's first 3200 district champ. Kelly Smrekar was one of the leading scorers while competing in the high jump, 100, 4 x 100, long jump, and triple jump. The team won the Region 5 Championship for the 6th straight season. The team has won 39 straight dual meets since losing to General McLane in 2006.

The team lost the Region 5 title for the first time in 7 years while losing to Villa Maria for the first time since 1982. The team was led by Anna Chodubski, who was the district champ in both the long jump and triple jump, and was the 4th place finisher in both events at indoor states. Sydney Sokol was the district champ in the 300 meter hurdles. Erika Fish was the scoring leader with 113 points.

The team won the district title behind Sydney Sokol, who won both the 100 hurdles and the 300 hurdles. Alicia Bloomster won the triple jump. Bryanna Burns won the pole vault, and the 4 x 100 team won districts behind Alyssa Kaveney, Anna Dahlstrand, Kelsey Mandus, and Kaitlyn Redinger.

Although the team lost to Villa for the third straight year for the Region title, the team won the district title for the second straight year. Both the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 teams won at districts.

For the first time since 1979, the girls' team suffered 2 losses in the division to finish 3rd.  Their 6th place finish at districts was their lowest since 1989.  The team did have an individual district champ with  Rebecca Olanrewaju in the triple jump.  The 4 x 100 relay team won districts behind  Kaitlyn Redinger, Katelyn Testa, Marlee Turowski and Karlee Buck.
